What we collect

We collect only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally a company name, the service you selected, a rough budget and your message. We also record technical data needed for security — your IP address and the time the form was submitted.

Why we process it

We process form data to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and a further 11 years for invoices, as required by Croatian tax law. Security logs are deleted after 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use processors for hosting and email delivery, who process data only on our instructions and within the European Economic Area, or under standard contractual clauses where a transfer outside it is necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, have it deleted, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send requests to druidforgeinfo@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
